We are located in the Southern California area and will only be able to offer our services in this area for now. Though these are pre-designed ADU's they are not modular or prebuilt ADU's. Built like our custom ADU's on-site. With over 25 years of building experience in building additions, remodels and guest quarters Pro Builders Express Inc. has many years experience in designing and building residential additions. Pro Builders Express has a A plus rating with the BBB and also offers a 5 years Builders Warranty on workmanship. Pro Builders also offers financing for your ADU.  Using the experience Pro Builders has in building we have been able to design the ADU4U2 web site to allow the property owner to configure a detailed estimate with the base price and optional accessories , This is an accurate price not a guesstimate . after you have been building as long as we have you are familiar with the cost of the labor and the material has been configured for each model .  Since the State of California approved SB 1069 the boom to build Accessory dwelling structures has increased . The ADU4U2 website was created to make your buying experience a pleasurable one. You do not need to pay for expensive building plans just to get an estimate ,  it’s even more useful as you do not need an estimator to come out to design and estimate a custom ADU for you . We have 7 models of ADU’s to choose from. The Chateau ADU’s are garage conversions or junior ADU’s if they are attached , since the state now allows ADU's to be converted from a garage without having to supply covered parking spaces for the existing home. The Villa I and Villa II are 600 sqft and 800 sqft detached ADU’s . And the Manor I and Manor II are 400 sqft and 1200 sqft two story ADU’s with the Manor I being built over a existing 400 sqft garage.  Some cities do not allow two story ADU's so you will need to confirm with your city.  ADU4U2.com does not offer predesigned attached ADU's as they will be considered custom ADU's as the size is based on 50 % of the existing house size . We can  design and estimate a custom ADU for you, designed and estimated the same day .  Currently we don't offer modular or pre fabricated ADU's as we feel our site-built ADU's are more economical and are built better than the prefabricated ADU's.
